We do it for you! We believe to hire an assistant well, candidates need the same level of sophisticated, thoughtful, thorough and complete assessment as any other critical operations position. If assistants have the requisite experience, they are invited to participate in our proven and proprietary 5 Step Assistant Assessment. If chosen to join our team, Assistants also participate in our GYSTification professional development program before being matched with Clients.

All of our Assistants are insured and bonded. We provide supplemental NDAs upon request and are open to reviewing your NDA too.
